Background Checks

Background Check Instructions:

All coaches including each person 18 years and older that assists the players at practice or games must complete a background check through NCSI. This is a self-pay system, which costs $20. Background checks are good for 2 seasons.  If you are uncertain, please contact support@ncsisafe.com to confirm.

To complete your background check:

Go to https://loraincountyhotstovebaseball.quickapp.pro

After clicking Next on the Welcome screen, carefully complete all requested information and answer questions truthfully.

"Sign" each disclaimer by typing your full name where requested.

Submit $20 payment

Complete application. You may download a copy of your application once complete, following the on-screen instructions.

Monitor email for messages from NCSI as they may request additional information. Please respond promptly to any messages to avoid invalidating your background check.

 If your background check is flagged, you will receive notification from NCSI with information that you will need to promptly respond to.
